Initial Consultation

Guy Davies has decades of international experience that he brings to the initial consultation meeting, providing excellent advice on project aspirations, budgets, and creative vision.   The initial consultation with Guy will be an exploration of your 'wish list', assessing desired outcomes, feasibility, budgets, and timeframes.

Concept Design

Guy Davies prides himself on finding architectural solutions that have evaded others, he focuses on a single goal; to understand the clients brief and aspirations in such detail, that he can dive into the minds of his clients and produce a concept design, that not only fulfills all their brief requirements but exceeds their greatest imagination and simply surprises them with an outcome that they did not believe was possible.

Planning & Documentation

Guy Davies has completed planning applications for varying projects, in three different countries, and through numerous conservation or heritage overlays.  No two projects are the same, and an international understanding of planning requirements has enabled Guy to comfortably and confidently approach the most complex planning applications.

Construciton & Site support

Guy Davies is extremely comfortable on a construction site, being experienced in projects ranging from bespoke timber-framed residential houses, through to bespoke pre-caste concrete panel libraries.
